Just spilling this onto the internet hoping for enlightenment/guidance. I just try so hard (I think) to get help but I can't really beat my damnation (my lonely life). It's just funny how the 'law of attraction' just doesn't wanna work for me at all. Like damn. Can I get anything?? Maybe ONE person who cares about me?? My mental frustration and agony is always being met with pure silence in the real world. Like pls. I feel arrogant for seriously mentally questioning life and existence but it's like I think the only thing that feels true to me. Maybe I'm a pessimist. But I've noticed for MYSELF (not others), that most of my so called 'life' (very easily triggered by that word rn) has been lived in numbness. Can't connect to my actual physical body walking, talking, seeing, eating. Feel like I just jinx every so called 'good' (hardly comprehend that word) thing from happening by just existing, but then again. Was I going to outsmart the system of whatever this realm is? Nope. Hurts my massive, depressed ego!! Daunting to just open my damn eyes sometimes. I feel pathetic but I also feel honest. Which is all I want. Even if that leads me to almost the worst thing. But mentally daunted. People say to get help but that's kind of meaningless to me rn no offence. I only have my phone. And the imaginable possibility of seeing a therapist which is a PAIN to organise for so many pathetic personal reasons. Like, isn't life supposed to be inclusive???? Why is seeking so called help so hard. I'm mentally ready to blurt out my traumas and life everywhere and hope someone can tell me what's going on but the actual world I'm in won't allow that? Don't got nobody to run to. Hate to upset people but I always do somehow. How am I a disappointment whilst never having been appointed? Someone reading this might question if I'm lying. Telling the truth. Over exaggerating, burdening people. You will never know!

Greetings. I hereby interact with you because I deem you interesting. Life and existence should be questioned.

Do you live in the city/suburbs/rural? Do you have kids/pets? Having no one is lonely but it's also freedom.

The warmest of welcomes to you at a time in your life where you're questioning so much.

While there can be plenty of tough questions to answer (in ways that are satisfying), I think one of the toughest would have to be 'What kind of guide do I need in my life right now?'. A mental or psychological one, like a therapist? One who can explain the nature of life? Someone who can lead us to better understand ourself and how we tick on a variety of levels and therefor why we can suffer at times? Can involve a massive list to choose from, so I won't go on. When people suggest 'You need to get some help', I think what helps the most (to begin with) is being pointed in the direction of exactly the kind of guide we need.

'Completely lost, at a standstill, with absolutely zero sense of direction' is a definite vibe that indicates an obvious lack of guidance. Not a fan of that feel myself, as it can hold so many challenging mixed emotions such as aggravation, stress, a depressing level of hopelessness, frustration, intolerance, loneliness and so much more. While it may sound a bit airy fairy, out of all the possible appointments in life we definitely do have 'Traveler' would be one we can't deny. As we travel through life's landscape, through the dark parts, the sometimes exciting parts, the hills and valleys, uncharted parts and everywhere else, we're going to get lost on occasion. There are times in life where we need to stop and ask for directions. How that sounds will depend on where we are in life and what we're facing. Whether it sounds like 'What do I need to do right now?' or 'Where do I go from here?' or 'I'm completely lost. How do I get out of this place of sufferance?', I find the people who help shed light are some of the best guides. Sometimes we don't necessarily need a sense of direction, sometimes we just need to see exactly where we are, for a start.

I have no idea how to explain it but you write in such a phenomenal way that is so relatable. Accessing therapy is so hard, considering they advertise as being an inclusive easy to access platform. Being ready to talk and rant is such a huge thing but when that can’t be accommodated due to structural barriers it can feel like being stuck at the starting line over and over again. I feel like you get this learnt helplessness because there’s no one helping you. It’s really really crappy. I know I try my best to access university supports. Community supports although super underfunded are an option. I understand most things cost money which sucksssss a lot. I guess looking down every avenue is an exhausting start. But I agree it shouldn’t be that hard!
