Hi Flo
Welcome to Beyond Blue and thank you for coming here and providing your post.
Also good on you for the approach your taking with regard to telling your children.
Personally I haven't heard of the book, but an Amazon search might bring answers for you - or perhaps to even go to a local book store if you have one (like Dymocks, Angus and Robertson, etc) and they might be even able to order it in for you??
Good luck with that.
Kind regards
Neil

Hello Flo
It's good that you have come here for help.
I have just had a look on Amazon and found a book called Why Are You So Sad? A Child's Book About Parental Depression. There are also 2 other books Why Is Mommy Sad? A Child's Guide To Parental Depression and Wishing Wellness: A Workbook for Children of Parents with Mental Illness
Have a look at that site. Not sure how age appropriate the books are but if you search further you may find other books that are more suitable. Plus other bookshops may have some suitable books.
Regards
LING

Hi Flo,
I did a google search earlier and i did find where you can purchase this book and i replied to you earlier with a link to this site but unfortunately it wasn't published because publishing a link is against BB rules ......... whoops sorry!
But if you look up book house fulfilments you will find it there as well as some other really useful books. I hope this helps!
Take Care
