Hi Everyone,
This is a great thread.
I'm trying to address some of these issues on a post called SLEEP.
You might like to drop by and read what is on there so far and add to that thread as well.
The more information we can share with each other, the greater our understanding of certain issues can be.
Cheers all, from Mrs. Dools

Hi all,
Me again. If it is possible to do so, would any of you object to having your posts here added to the SLEEP post?
You have all supported each other so well, it would be great to share your thoughts with others.
Cheers.

Hey Brent
I see you have the girls on your thread now 🙂
Just checking in and seeing how you and your sleep (or lack therof) is going?
I hope your day is good to you

Hey Brent
I still remember doing the same. I was put on AD's in 1997 and after they kicked in with some counseling my tired revving mind seemed to slow down a lot...so please hang in there, its a pain time wise but you will heal
Even now if there are any stress triggers in your life example: work stress...relationship or family dramas etc if you can reduce the overall level of stress even a little will help to slow your thinking down..which then will help promote a quality sleep. Even avoiding overly negative/critical people can help too!
Hope your day is okay 🙂
Paul
