Hi Everyone,

This is a great thread.

I'm trying to address some of these issues on a post called SLEEP.

You might like to drop by and read what is on there so far and add to that thread as well.

The more information we can share with each other, the greater our understanding of certain issues can be.

Cheers all, from Mrs. Dools

Hi all,

Me again. If it is possible to do so, would any of you object to having your posts here added to the SLEEP post?

You have all supported each other so well, it would be great to share your thoughts with others.

Cheers.

Hi Mrs. Dools,

You are welcome to have mine copied over xx

Hi Carol,

Thanks. Hope you are sleeping a lot better and your days are brighter for you because of it.

Cheers from Mrs. Dools

Hey paul yeah i do haha, yeah sleeping is ok its staying asleep without worrying which is the hard part right now i wake up in the middle of night and instantly start to worry

Hey Brent

I still remember doing the same. I was put on AD's in 1997 and after they kicked in with some counseling my tired revving mind seemed to slow down a lot...so please hang in there, its a pain time wise but you will heal

Even now if there are any stress triggers in your life example: work stress...relationship or family dramas etc if you can reduce the overall level of stress even a little will help to slow your thinking down..which then will help promote a quality sleep. Even avoiding overly negative/critical people can help too!

Hope your day is okay 🙂
