Welcome to the Beyond Blue community and thank you for sharing some of your history with us.
We're so sorry to hear you've been crying and cannot seem to find a reason. We acknowledge how distressing it is to not understand why we feel unhappy at times. Sometimes it can be the build-up of stress over time or a few small upsetting incidents that lead to a later overwhelming moment. We can hear how hurt you feel at the moment but please know our community is here to support you and to help you make sense of the emotions you're experiencing.
Can we ask, do you have any mental health support? We understand it can be really tough to cope sometimes, especially if you don't have a lot of support from family or friends. If you would like some help finding mental health support, we would recommend that you get in contact with the Beyond Blue Support Service. They are available 24/7 by phone on 1300 22 4636 or on Webchat 3pm-12am AEST on our website: www.beyondblue.org.au/getsupport
They will give you support and point you in the right direction for help in your area. We hope that you keep checking in to let us know how you're going, whenever you feel up to it.

Hello Unknown, and a warm welcome to the site.
Struggling with depression since high school and now you're married with 2 children is a huge effort, especially if you have been trying to hide this condition, but we can only do this depending on what your concern is about because eventually, we can't pretend that everything is OK when in fact it's the complete opposite.
What you have told us we are so sorry you are feeling like this, and definitely understand the position you are trying to cope with, but it seems that we are pleased you have contacted us, as in your post there is much you have said that worries us and really would love to hear back from you, whenever you're available if this suits you.
There is much we could direct but there would be important points we may miss and these could be the main issues you're struggling with, so please, love to hear from you.
Geoff.
