hi Azza12 - this is a safe place you can talk as the community here are very supportive. I hope you might be able to tell me a little more of your story. I can see from your post things are a struggle at the moment and want to make sure I reply properly. Hope that makes sense. Listening to you.

My own experience shows me that negative thoughts and ruminating no those thoughts do not help to get out of the muddle very easily.
It sounds to me you feel there is more to life, something to change to make you happier, and because you cannot see your way there, you are frustrated and angry. Is that about right?
I will tell you some of my story in another post and I wonder if you were able to do something you were passionate about, you might feel less frustrated and angry and move to that happier place?
Please tell if me if any of this is incorrect.
So....
1. Could you tell me what you do? School? Study? Work? Between jobs?
2. What would be your ideal career?
I don't want to bombard you with too many questions. My last question is how much your family knows about what you are going through at the moment.
Listening to you

Hello Azza
Welcome to the forum. Glad you found your way here. Even if your family do not know how to support you they do at least recognise you have a problem. It's a good start. Finding out more about your situation is a good idea. Look at The Facts tab at the top of the page and navigate from there. There is lots of information on the fact sheets which may help you identify your position.
I also suggest you pay a visit to your GP and see what he/she has to say. I know many people run a mile at this suggestion. Please don't. Simply writing here is OK until you are ready to take the next step.

What sort of things did you used to enjoy?
(Sometimes I had to force myself to do things and a while after I started I would get into the activity. Even something as simple as going for a walk. We are still here with you.)

OK. Do you have any pets? Tell me about your work day? Do you have any hobbies?
I would hope that if you did see your GP they would be able to find the right kind of support you are looking for. I have been seeing a psychologist for quite a while now and slowly get my life back on track. You deserve to find some happiness in life as well.
Tim
