So I am 24 years old. Medicated for anxiety depression and bi polar. Every day is a struggle with my self 😞 I feel so alone like no one understands what it's like. I have no one to talk to about it who gets what it is all about. so sick of taking my medication.
I get bad thoughts all the time and I need ways to fight them off!

Welcome to the forums and I am glad you have made the first step to tell your story and how you feel.
This is a safe and non judgmental place.
I have lived with bipolar for over 40 years.
I know it is hard at times when you feel alone and that no one understands you.
Have you seen a counsellor to talking about your feelings.?
There are many people here here who can get what it is all about.
There are threads about bipolar that you may find helpful. One is called This or the bipolar life.
It feels really hard at the moment but it does get better as you learn about what works for you.
Take care

Hi Dimityrose (beautiful name!)
I want to welcome you too and echo everything Quirky said. I look after the This Bipolar Life thread (on the Longterm Journeys board) and would love to see you there. There's a little gaggle of us who use the thread as a place of friendship, fun, sharing experiences and helping each other cope with living with bipolar.
You are very welcome - and we get you!

Hi Dimtyrose,
Firstly, welcome to the forums.
Sorry to read what you are going through. Dealing with any mental health issue is hard, dealing with 3 is even tougher.. I know it feels like you are alone but you have found these forums now and found people who are happy to listen to you and help you out. As quirkywords and Kazzl suggested, try that thread about Bi Polar, having a thread with people who are dealing with the same thing you are is amazing for support. I suffer from anxiety and have for many years so I can relate to you on that front. I am always happy to talk if you ever want too, all you have to do is simply reply here.
My best for you,
Jay
