Need new ideas to finally move on

I was with this girl for 2 and a half years. We broke up, i spent 5 months trying to win her back, then had a serious car accident which was put down to suicide. the part i need help with is what she did during and after my hospital stay. she came and saw me each weekend in hospital. i liked havinh her there for support. she told me we would be together forever, we spoke about having kids when i got better. i couldnt have been happier. this went on for 2 and a half years. then for no reason she stopped talking to me. if she didnt want to be with me, all she had to do was say so.

How do i let go when she got my hopes up and when she meant so much to me?

Hi will I had a suicide incident 3 yrs ago so im lucky to be here also. That is quite cruel had she led you on and then let you down unfortunately as much as it hurts just let her go there is someone else out there for you. When i lost my first love honestly it took me 22yrs to get over him i am married now with a child by it saddens me with what could of been but with heaps of therapy with my psych im over this now finally and have moved on . Im not saying it will take you 22 yrs but get some help from a psych like i did to get through all these feelings i totally understand you in having your heart broken just look after yourself now you dodged a bad accident your here to tell your story so start fresh . Hope this helps and take care of yourself.
