Hi loosing my mind,
I was used to be like you before, I found no interest in almost anything and dont feel motivated at all to do something as well. Then I know this is not good, I have to do something unless my relationship, my friendship, my family my career.... Will be going down, therefore, I tried step by step to try something new even I like or dont like it. Usually I think we found something that we dont like to do it is just the first impression I suppose, what do I mean by that ? We tend to not like a new skill or a new thing mostly because we dont know deep about it yet, when we first passed the begining we gradually found the interesting side of that and may love it at the end. But I think the hard part is the willingness to do it for the first few minutes, after that, I think you could feel more motivated to work on it. Everything needs time, effort and energy to do so,
even improve our communication (as I also had social anxiety and I had to practice a lot even now), in this case communication can be considered as a skill to me, when we achieved by those hard works I think we will be more motivated and treasure them do you think so ?

Hi Loosing my mind,
You have done well to overcome this obstacle in reaching out to BB.
You mentioned that you don't like doing things anymore. Can you recall some event that left you feeling reluctant to pursue such activities? Sometimes it only takes one negative experience to leave you doubting yourself.
In addition to Sophie's resources, I hope we can work this through with you on the forums.
Regards,
t.
