I don't know what's wrong with me, I try to do the best I can do, go slow, go over everything and still make so many mistakes... My mind is running so much right now from stress after work, and I only work part-time!
This is my second job where mistakes are ruining my life even though I try my best but I still get talks from my bosses that my jobs is on the line because of my mistakes...I am so stressed out and my anxieties are going through the roof, how can I cope!

Dear Jessksch~
Welcome back to the Forum. I think you mentioned in a previos post you had an anxiety condition which is why I'm writing ot you now.
I found at work I too was making mistakes, in fact worse than that I was leaving material out- not doing the other jobs I was expected to do. I guess the mistakes happened despite me checking and re-checking, and that was becuse my mind was so preoccupied with anxious thoughts and worry over what I had done and what might happen. It left no room for prosper concentration.
It was only when I received effective treatment for anxiety that my performance improved. I know you have tried clinicians in hte past and they are expensive however I found I could not imporve on my own.
I also found it was very easy to blame myself for inaccurate work, making me even more miserable, however when seen as symptoms of an illness it does put a different complexion on things.
One of the things that brings on anxiety I found was a poor working environment, where understanding and looking after staff was sacrificed for productivity. I think it may have been suggested before that finding anther (hopefully interesting) job where people are more human would help too.

As for the tihngs I left you, htat was simple, I spent so much time trying to get one thing right (wihtout much success) there simply was no time left for anything else.
