I feel so numb. I'm just a random teen that's taking a break up too close to heart I guess. Nothing feels right anymore.

Hi There,
Thanks for being so open in sharing here.
Break-ups can be tough and scary leaving you feeling scared, even questioning what life would look like moving forward.
It's not an easy thing to go through, at times overwhelming. With the right supports, life can get better. Here are some tips to help you cope if you feel that would help: Coping with a break up | Kids Helpline you can even call them if you'd like, they are availble 24/7 via chat KidsHelpLine.com.au or 1800 55 1800.
Connection is really important, we are wondering if there is someone you trust that you have shared this with?
If there isn't anyone or if you prefer not to share with them, we will be here for you as well as our wonderful online community. You don't have to go through it alone.
I wonder what are some things you have found helpful to show yourself some kindness that has helped you get through?
Warmes Regards,
Sophie M
