My partner walked out on me half way through a mental break down and is on her way home which is 9 hours away. I had pleaded with her to stay but she left anyway.
I feel empty but full of emotion, I need some sort of release, just to let the pressure out. She won’t answer my calls and she’s illiterate so I can’t text her how I’m feeling.
I think this is the end of us.
*side note* I am diagnosed with severe depression, anxiety and PTSD but think there’s more undiagnosed issues.

Hey Louise!
A was talking to a guy who I liked for a longtime too. But he felt it for another girl.
Im no relationship expert. But try to focuse on your partners negatives. Some times we just have to find it in us to believe that the universe has someone much better waiting for us.
Regards
Parwana xx

Hi EsmLouise,
Welcome to the forum. It is a very safe supportive place here.
That sounds like a really rough situation for you to be in. I am wondering if you have someone you can talk the situation through with. Often when I am feeling overwhelmed I need to talk, I find that phone support lines can be really good for this Beyond blue and life line both have 24 hour telephone services. Talking it out with someone may help give you some clarity and calm.

hey Em's
i am sorry to hear you struggle with this.. and it must be a very very tough gig.. it sucks.. i believe having emotion's can be a good thing even if they feel bad... something that helped me in dark times.. i just wrote and wrote and wrote.. and reflected... write until you get it all out... things mite not make sense instantly, you could find the answers now or years from now.. but writing puts that energy and releases it.
and i can strongly recommend, beginning to read on self development.. it honestly changed my life...
i personally suffered social anxiety and major depression for over 25 years.. and spent around 10 years in my room wishing tomorrow would end.. it was so painful.. my friend. And i just wanted to tell you how brave you are for sharing this... And that there's always light at the end of the tunnel, it could be 2 years 5 years 8 years 10 years. but it can get better, your going to have to go through hell, to find the answers your looking for.. and they start within..
but no matter what.. it always starts with us.. we are responsible for exactly what we have. our thoughts determine our feelings, and our feelings change our habbit's, and habbit's create our lives that attract whatever we put out. i always pointed my finger at my self first before other's.. because honestly you just can't change another person.. but you can change your self..
a book that mite help you , is called the power of now. its a hard read.. but if you can understand it, it may just help you..bless you and keep on keeping on... your hardships and pain.. will one day turn into your strengths... and you will be able to help someone else get through it... keep going...most people go through life with no emotions.. everyone goes through life.. but not everyone lives... stay strong!!! xx
