Hello Helps everyone else
Welcome to the forums and thankyou for having the strength to post too!
25 years is a long time....I had my first 'mega' anxiety attack in 1983....and now depression. I understand where you are coming from. Its a dark place to be in. I take AD's and a calmative every day just to take out the lows.
I'm Paul by the way, but there are many kind people on the forums too that can be here for you too
It can be awful when we have no one to talk to. I have a small number of people that I can talk to but like you it can be a pain especially if you dont have anyone.
If you want to talk about you losing the battle...you are more than welcome to do so. The Beyond Blue forums are rock solid secure as your privacy is paramount here.
I hope you can tell us a bit more so we can try to help
Kind Thoughts
Paul

There are times when someone who is depressed doesn't feel comfortable or confident in telling anybody about their concerns or worries, and that's when problems start to begin so they then mount up to an unexplainable level.
This can happen with your closest friend or family member and feel guilty that you should involve them, but it's not going to go away and this is when you need to vent, and that's where this site is where you can do this, so please I hope that you can trust us and come back to to us. Geoff.
