Hi,
so I’m making my first thread. - feel very scared.
The past few years nothing has changed. I feel so empty now that I’m feeling like what’s the point anymore.
I go to work (full time) - yep pays the bills but I’m getting to a stage that I hate the place. That no one appreciates me in the workplace. People say shit to me and I start crying.
I go home every night - cook dinner watch my show and go to bed. I sit on my phone every day and think no one is messaging me. And when I message people it’s like it’s an effort for them to even reply.
But don’t get me wrong I live with my sister and it’s great.
I’m single - I have my struggles with men. They always tend to ghost me. And I think it’s because I’m so needy and lonely. That when someone gives me attention I love it and don’t to leave it. Because it doesn’t happen often.
Not sure what happens after I post this.
but really felt like I needed to speak out for once.
I’m always crying and Feel like I need help.

Hey KM11,
I'm sorry that you're feeling like this and I hope that this forum can help you find some hope or peace.
I know that it can be easier said than done, and often finding time can be hard as well, but finding one thing that you absolutely love doing can make a world of difference. I myself am passionate about dancing and I know that many others have found some relief in this and other forms of art. Having other people around is obviously wonderful but I have learned to value the time that I have to myself as well.
I also try to remind myself that I don't have to be changing the world in order for my life to have a point (as you say) and sometimes it's okay to prioritise yourself! This one can be hard but it is so so worth it to take care of yourself. I hope that the people in your life will show you some appreciation as well and you're always welcome to share here with us
All the best

I hope you're doing okay? We're always here to talk if you need someone.
Also about your job situation, is it possible to work out a part-time contract? Maybe 3-4 days a week if possible?
Don't worry about being single, so many amazing people i know are, and i have no doubt you are too! Being single is a great time to just focus on you - just on self-love and all that good stuff.
I would go and see your local GP if you can and look at some options :)
Have you spoken with your sister about how you're feeling? It will definitely help decrease the burden of thoughts you're placing on yourself.
Hope you're okay.
Lots of hugs!
