I have recently had to completely change my habits. My Dad (bless his heart) was diagnosed with Alzheimer's Disease. So I am having to get used to being on my own again and meeting new people in the form of support networks. But the depression side and autistic side is struggling.
Thank you for hearing me out.

Ok so I am putting myself through a sugar detox as I got severly addicted to energy drinks and coke but I am now following a plan. I am currently concentrating on nutrition, gaming, music, Netflix and sleep to help me through. Along with meditation in the winter sun. Also to help me with my loneliness I remind myself that living alone means I can do what I want without offending anyone. Like play music and dance naked if I wanted to.
I know this is not about depression or asking for help, but I felt I should keep people that care informed.
Thank you.

Black Kat,
Happy to have your thoughts posted, even if you feel they are off topic.
Sugar detox is a good thing. You will find your taste sensitivity to sweet will increase. You may feel down a little for a few days, but tough it out. It is worth it. Just don't be hard on yourself if you slip up occasionally. It takes time to get this right.
Your plans for to get through the current situation sound good.
As you showed, being alone does not mean loneliness. You do not need people permission, acceptance or judgement in doing what you want. Many of life's pleasures are experienced alone (like dancing naked if you feel like it).
By the way, I do not think your post was off topic. It shares your plan to cope with what is going on, and thereby relevant.
All the best for a successful detox and freedom to act as you choose independent of others.
Alasdayr

Ok, there have been a few bumps in the road with depression and withdrawals from sugar detox. However, fresh fruit like plums and apples and sleep seem to help keep me sane enough at the moment. The Plums and apples were recommended by my 10 step plan. I am having trouble keeping my place as clean as I like it, but that is what I have a cleaner from NDIS for. Just like to make sure I don't have anything lying about that could make one sick or look like a pigs sty. Apart from the usual of missing family and really wanting to have a cup of tea with them everything is pretty good, despite sugar detox.
Thank you.
