This is my first time back to BB in quite a few yrs. I am currently at my lowest point in many years, all I'm seeking is people to support me. Hope someone can chat to me.

hi chris, just thought I would also pop in to say hello and see how you are going.

Hi Mb & smallwolf,

Thanks for both of you checking to see how I am going.
If I'm brutally honest, pretty shit the negative self talk & certain thoughts have crossed my mind many times & both have been very full on. It's taken alot of my strength not to give in to them. I have been msging lifeline which has helped a little just been trying to keep myself busy from the thoughts.
It's been a rough wk.

Hey chris, I'm really sorry you're struggling. Can I do anything? I hope Lifeline were helpful.

I hope you're safe and don't act on your negative thoughts, I know it's hard, trust me.

i'm always here for you, please keep yourself safe.

Hi Chris.

I only had to read one your posts and thought this dude and I think and feel exactly the same.

Tonight I sit here at a mates house 250 kms away from my home, my husband and kids because my depression has come back and my husband basically said - you need the house and go get better cause he feels the kids shouldn't have to see me go through it or have to "walk on egg shells around me."

my family is my family - don't have parents or siblings in my life, so when my husband puts my emotional state in the "too hard basket" when I need him the most, he abandons me. There is no worse feeling in this world than a depressed person who suffers from PTD and abandonment issues who gets abandoned and who has a partner who doesn't understand why I feel I don't matter or that I am unloved - His doesn't he see that his actions speak louder than his words. He says to me he can't fix me, only I can do that. How does a depressed person fix themselves before they can go home not want to end it all.

I hate my life.
