I don't have family or friends to speak to, so I thought I'd give this a go.

Good afternoon. Thank you for joining Beyond Blue. I took me a gigantic step to go onto the forums and speak. I love that you can spend time with your animals. I also find getting remedial massages and going to some op shops is great therapy as well. If you do see a regular doctor you may be able to get a care plan which you may see a chiropractor (if you have any back or neck issues). Believe me it helps a lot with anxiety and stress.

Hi Spd,
We're sorry to hear that you're going through such a tough time. It sounds like you're quite isolated at the moment and we understand this must be difficult.
