Hi
Having a hard day today, feeling very depressed and low really low.
Nothing I can think of has triggered my mood, I just woke up thismorning in a state of depression and haven't been able to pull myself up. Its alot easier said than done. Im also feeling anxious.
My mind is at war with itself, everything seems muffled. I also feel very confused, my thoughts are all over the place. Its as if everythings moving along and Im just watching.
Ive been doing my mindfullness and my controlled breathing, its better than nothing. My Doctors seem happy with me at the moment, shame Im not happy with myself. I also keep a daily journal which I find very helpful.
Anyway I just needed to vent, thanx BB
Annie

Thanks for shedding some more light and sharing that with me. You've definitely painted a great picture for me and somewhat inspired me to get a journal and get writing!
And I have no doubt at all that my girlfriend would absolutely agree with you on the writing front!
Thanks again and I'll let you know how I get on 🙂

Hi Happyannie
Sorry to hear that you are not feeling great today. I do the things you talked about, like writing in a journal, controlled breathing. I also find doing Meditation and yoga really help me. if only our minds would stop going at 100 miles an hour?! that's what it feels like to me at times. I question those negative thoughts and remind myself that they are not necessarily real or true. Being outdoors in sunshine helps me too. Look after yourself and all the very best.

Hi happyannie, thanks for posting again. Not sure if you saw our last messages and have seen our emails about keeping to one thread for support? We're going to close this thread and again ask that you keep to one of your existing threads so your story can be kept in one place.
When seeking support on the forums, we really encourage members to use one thread rather than starting new ones all the time. It's really difficult for the community to keep up with your story if you have a lot of threads going at once, and you may find yourself having to repeat information if your story is spread across the forum - sometimes our members will be repeating themselves as well if it's an issue you've had previously.
Help us to support you by keeping to one thread, even if you're returning here after a period of time. There's a lot of value in seeing how someone's story evolves over time, and when facing a new crisis it's helpful to scroll back and see how you've coped previously.
