hiya Fred2018 - was going to say welcome and then saw your post count - welcome back?
It sounds from your post you are trying to do all the right things with sleep etc. It sounds like it is a bit frustrating for you at the moment with being irritable. I can do the right things and still have depression, be irritable. (Actually my wife and daughter say that about me most days!) At the moment being in between work would not be ideal either for your mental health.
My wife also lost her job recently. Had to write a new Resume and used a professional service online that helps you write it, making sure it includes the words/phrases that sell yourself. It also helps by suggesting things you might not think of otherwise.
If you want to chat some more, I am around.
Tim

Hi Fred
Good to see you again! I see Tim has been saying hello above...he has really good attitude...Hey Tim
When you mentioned " I'm at least aware of it" is always a strong sign of a proactive person...which you are...The irritability is definitely a part of having a tired brain.....Ive been irritable recently too with having sporadic anxiety problems...I hear you loud and clear Fred..Im still on my meds...and they work well
you are spot on when you mentioned if we dont feel 'in control' internally we seem to have problems with outside matters that annoy us
I hope you are happy with your CV......I used to read many of them from applicants as I have spent years in the private sector and I know the longer a resume is the more difficult it is to digest
Whats happening on the weekend?
Paul
