Bad Night

Really bad night last night came home from work and I was fine and then became really shaky my heart was beating so fast I thought it was going to explode nothing made me feel better tried to relax and watch TV the more I tried the worse I got l was in bed by 5 pm must have relaxed then and slept till 2 feel a lot better now but very drained I am going to the doctors I was really scared how I felt last night I nearly called an ambulance . Hope my new friends on here are all ok today I feel so much better knowing I am not alone xx

hi Bonney, no you certainly aren't alone here, but remember we have to take each individual post by itself, because if you know that other people feel the same does this really help you overcome how you feel, maybe, but in the long run I don't think so.
What actually happened yesterday, and only say if you want to, but remember we care for you. Geoff. x

Hi Bonnylass, I just posted to you on your other thread. Sorry to hear you had a bad night. I'm glad you are going to see the doctor. Let us know how it goes, either here or on you first thread.

I'd like to make a suggestion - hope you don't mind, and please know it's not a criticism ... sometimes if people post a number of threads others who want to stay connected with them (as I hope to with you if you'd like) miss something because they are only looking at one thread. So if you could choose one as your own thread to post in that might be a good idea. And of course join in wherever you want in other people's threads.

Also, have you checked out the threads in the BB Social Zone? There are some lovely folks there, especially in the BB Cafe, who you might enjoy meeting.
