I have recently split up with my partner after a long term relationship right in the middle of this pandemic. I live alone and being in isolation and trying to deal with the break up is making my bipolar rear it's ugly head of depression. Would love to chat to anyone.
Thanks xxx

Hi there Lee1234 :0)
Thank you so much for having the courage to reach out to us. We're here to listen and help. You're NOT alone.
I'm so sorry to hear you've had a falling out with your partner and things seem dire. Is there any chance you two can patch things up? Do you or they want to get back together again? I've been there myself and it's a desperate time in anyone's life and nothing else seems to matter. Rest assured, this will pass.
Living with Bi-polar and depression is a test of endurance in itself. I was diagnosed with both over 30 years ago and it's been a continual learning curve on how to live with it as part of my everyday life. Today, can say it's totally under control and I'm feeling fine. There's hope for you too, rest assured. it's just a matter of learning to read the signs.
Love to hear back from you
