What Book/Books Are You Reading?

I got to admit,I love reading at the best of times.Those of us who love to read tend to get the most out of books.I'm a big fan of books that I can learn from.Self help books,relationship books,etc.There's something worth learning.I even read up on dating books just to relearn some skills.As a guy I also love the guy stuff,cars,hobbies,interests,man cave,etc.

I just finished reading "The Gap" by Benjamin Gilmore. Absolutely brilliant. It's about a paramedic who worked for Bondi Ambulance station. Part of their area was the infamous Suicide location "The Gap" its full of Dark humour (That appeals to me) but also some very dark moments. It also has some very real and serious truths about Suicide. Certainly worth reading I reckon.

Encyclopaedia of Hurricanes, Typhoons, and Cyclones, by David Longshore.

I think I gravitated to this away from my usual obsessions with history when international issues started heating up lately because it's something far removed from all that, and also because it gives me a sense of stability - whatever happens, nature is gonna keep doing its stuff and create these awe inspiring spectacles.

Some interesting choices here. Nothing I have on hand seems appealing at the moment so I ordered a new stack - can’t wait for it to arrive. I ordered:

The Prophet, The Labyrinth, Dark Emu, Klara and the Sun, and a copy to keep at home of the Body Keeps the Score.
