The BB cafe is open for business!
Welcome all to a new chill and chat place for everyone on the forum.

The BB cafe is whatever you want it to be. There are comfy sofas, tables and chairs, coffee machines, a kitchen stocked with everything. There's a pool outside, a bbq area, an annexe with comfy beds for a quiet sleep, tv, dvd, books and whatever else you would like to have here.

Most of all, it's a place to meet friends and fellow travellers for a bit of company. Talk over problems, tell jokes, share your day, escape into a world of your making. Grab a coffee and pull up a chair ... 

So, with a nod to the wonderful Carole King (Hard Rock Cafe) ...

Quick story for you all... I was in another building today fixing an issue. That took about an 1.5 hrs. After returning to the office, the Principal came to me and passed on a message from a person in another group, saying thank you for setting up zoom so that other people in the group that could not be at the meeting in person could still participate. (There is about 20 in one room, plus those remote.) It was really a big deal for me in that it's something I know how to do. At the same time i was a little chuffed to get that message.

Other have any stories to share?

Did I hear Hot Cross Buns are coming into the cafe….I’ll help you unpack smallwolf, but I can’t guarantee you that they all will arrive into the kitchen area untouched….I mean someone needs to taste test them…😁…

I didn’t buy any Easter chocolates or Hot Cross Buns this year…shopping online, I guess I just forgot, the temptation wasn’t there for me…if I was able enough to do me shopping in store, I know I would have bought some…

I like the chocolate chip HCB (hot cross buns).. split them in half then in the microwave for a few seconds….then butter them, with the melted chocolate chips gone all gooey mixed with the butter…my taste buds really do appreciate me very much😂..for going to the trouble of doing it for them😋..

What’s your favourite HCB flavour and how do you enjoy them?

I actually don't mind the hot cross buns with choc chips and if you stick them into the microwave for a few seconds those choccy bits go soft and .... (don't imagine me drooling and now I am thinking of Barney ifrom the Simpsons show)
