I would like to wish everyone on the Forums and at Beyondblue a Merry Christmas!
My wish this year is that all of us have at least a few nice hours where we feel relaxed and connected to everyone around us. I wish that we can accept ourselves and the black dog a little better and that the new year will see us coping a little better than the years past.
Thank you for your post to me. Almost made me cry. I am working on making 2016 a much better year. Boxing Day was a bit of an ordeal with the ex present but I felt vindicated as a couple of the the family also got ticked off by his comments etc.
I wish you a wonderful 2016 with many more good days than bad. Well hopefully no bad days. Have fun with your granddaughters. I certainly enjoyed the company of my grandchildren yesterday.
