Great to find you here - does anyone here have a favourite pick-me-up they'd not mind sharing? The news has been a bit heavy lately, thought it might be nice to know how you enjoy your day 🙂
My pick me up is watching birds in my garden. The parrots love the lavender bush, fruit trees, poking around in the grass and sitting on the washing line while it turns around in the wind (very playful!). Wrens and other small birds hop about finding things to eat. They make me feel better if I need a lift 🙂 And I can also relate to what Quirky says about just being in the garden and smelling the fragrances and experiencing the fresh air.
At the risk of advertising, today, watching 'Hard Quiz' gave me a boost. I also like 'Alone Australia' but, unfortunate programme scheduling means that 'Hard Quiz' is on at the same time as the latter half of 'Alone Australia'.
Yesterday, it was knowing I'd made a good decision.
