Fortunately/unfortunately

Hey everyone, I like playing games, so I thought that I would start one that I sometimes play with the pre-schoolers at work. It's called "fortunately/ unfortunately". The aim of the game is tell and create a story, kind of like a serial, but the beginning of each sentence or paragraph has to be with words fortunately or unfortunately. The trick is that they have to alternate. It can be a creative, silly or just plain crazy. But the aim is to keep the story going. I'm going to start with.....

It was a bright sunny morning, so today I went to the beach. Unfortunately everyone else had the same idea as I did, but.....

Next person is to continue the story starting with fortunately.

Unfortunately bugs bunny came along and stole all the carrots before we could eat them so we could find our way home.

How fortunate was that!

Fortunately bugs bunny came heavily laden with chocolate easter eggs. Enough for everyone. And dairy free varieties for those who were dairy intolerant. And we all had enough to take home with us for Sundays easter egg hunt.

Unfortunately, bugsey realising what he had (chocolate easter eggs....yummm). Dropped all the carrots and scooted off down the rabbit hole. However, we had our carrots back, so maybe we'll get back for Easter after all 🙂

Fortunately for us, the rabbit ate too many Easter eggs and got stuck when it tried to scoot down the rabbit hole,,.lol he looked so funny, ( I can see a picture of bunny stuck lol). anyway we took bunnies Easter eggs and started to run quickly away and began to unwrap them to eat......(yummy)..

Unfotunately Pammy Mandy and Grandys tummies were so full from the carrots they couldn't eat another thing so Deebi ate all the choccy eggs...but she left the wrappers

Fortunately,, Pammy, Mandy and Grandy were bungee jumping from the trees and we snatched the Easter eggs away from Deebi, before she ate them all.

Unfortunately for Debbis gorgeous lol bungee jumping thrill seeking friends she'd anticipated this and had some cut up carrots in the wrappers so they looked like the eggs..nya ha ha...exit...stage ..lefftttt ...evennnn

Fortunately when we sprang back up, we let go of the carrots (lol) wrapped in Easter wrapping and Deebi had to run for cover and slipped over (but not hurt yourself) and dropped the real Easter eggs, so Pammy, Mandy and Grandy picked them up on their downward spring from the bungee elastic..and grabbed hold of the tree branch and stayed up high in the tree.....

Unfortunatey for Pam Man and Gran Deebis friend Woody Woodpecker had been busy on that branch so in their scurry to get to another... the eggs just hapoened to fall back down and would you believe....Deebi caught them...

Fortunately though, before dropping the eggs, they'd be replaced with carrots and rewrapped in easter wrapping. Deebi caught the carrots.
