Eye spy with my little eye, something beginning with ____

Hi everyone,

mmmMekitty and I have been playing eye spy over in the cafe, and i thought we should perhaps build a thread about it.  let us stave off the  loneliness with just sharing what we can see anonymously.

I'd like someone else to start please as it is not my turn... mmm already guessed that i spyed my fruitless yet loving "pear tree" that started with "P".

I spy something beginning with P

Hi Fiatlux, it your word beginning with 'P' a particularly pulpy fruit called Pawpaw? Or Pineapple? Or Papaya? Or Peach? Or Pear? Perhaps Prickly Pear? Am I getting warmer or colder?

& tealflowers, you can have more guesses at mine.

I wonder if what you spied beginning with 'F' is a Frog? or a Flower? Or a Feather?

I would suggest making a note of what your own 'I spy' is, so you don't have to try to remember. I do that, & then I have to remember where I put my note.

Would anyone like to have a guess at the word I spied, beginning with 'E'? Would you like more clues?

Hi, I just looked back & remember now, tealflowers gave us their I Spy beginning with 'F' & 'G', which were Fridge & Glass of water.

I'd like to have more guesses, before you tell us what the I Spy for the letter you chose is.

Tealflowers had beginning with 'H'. (I hope you remember what it was.)

Fiatlux has one beginning with 'P'.

I'm still hoping someone will guess mine beginning with 'E', which I thought was really obvious, take a look, view it, yep, in your own mirror... ther's some clues.

my eye spy was flowers, well fake ones. hmm, e for eggs? i'm not sure.

Wow tealflowers, , I did say 'flower' in those guesses I had! Was it teal? 😺

Sadly, mine is not eggs, but what I Spy beginning with 'E' is round & usually smaller than an egg, so you are warm. 

Now we wait to see what Fiatlux says about our guesses.

I begin to think I will need to take notes of what guesses are made, & by whom, & what my own I Spy is or I will get confused. 

Maybe it would be better to have one I Spyer at a time, & everyone else guesses until one guesses correctly, & then they make the next I Spy. I think if we all have an I Spy everyone else is guessing, all at once, it could get messy. What do you think?

Ha, got that! Mine was indeed 'Eye', though I really cannot spy my own little eye, not even in a mirror. 

So much for the "paperless office", eh?

That was too easy! You didn't even give me a chance to tell you it is unusually still, & it's pink & yellow - yes, I'm referring to BB's Butterfly logo.

Come to think of it, I might have chosen other unusually stationary things, mmm save them for later.
