Dear Moon~

I'm glad I did not misunderstand. I do not wish to be annoyingly up-beat however you may find in the interim -and it will be an interim even if we have to wait for a vaccine - that there may be aspects of your new style that end up giving you satisfaction.

After all, I changed careers after a complete disaster and came to be rewarded by my new life

DB~ It's very rude to laugh at a walrus!

Croix...it would be magical..if indeed during my next foray...outdoors...there was a full moon..or perhaps close to one. I must check dates..Dancing in the Moonlight .. yes I would like that.

But.....doth the moon shine that night?

will you be "ill met by moonlight proud Walrus"?

Methinks I shall have to wait and see...

Dear Moon

That's a long stretch between Titania and a walrus, an optician's delight I'd imagine. Oberon with coke-bottle thick spectacles sort of spoils the atmosphere.

You know, if you were not the same Moon than before I'd not be able to enjoy a joke with you -I'd be too worried.

True events can change people, but you have resilience and coping skills - and black boots. The same Moon, with maybe just a pinch more in your pile of wisdom, will emerge.

You have a tendency to worry overmuch and your future self is your current object of anxiety.

You liked your old self, you are not going to change and will like yourself again, as we do now. If ever asked to explain Portia's values (from a bowler's point of view of course) you might provide a tad more insight, but that's all.

Then why art thou here?

I know thy has stolen away from Fairyland and sat all day playing on pipes of corn!!!

“ It is the very error of the moon; She comes more nearer earth than she was wont, And makes men mad .

Dear Moon and Quirky~

I don't have to look it up, we played that at a school I went to, it is Desdemona being unjustly judged just because she misplaced her hanky. I was the third Venetian from the left (fortunately a non-speaking part). That is the year after we did Macbeth where I mumbled as a page, I even remember the line " The king comes to-night."

Still that 's probably better than Moon implying I'm playing at Corin with an eye to a comely shepherdess, not a pastime walruses indulge in your ethereal highness! (Mrs C would probably have decided views on the matter anyway).

Quotes set down by the big Bill are OK, but a trifle heavy for a scatterbrain like me, so as a change of pace

“I am compliance itself when I am not thwarted; no one more easily led when I have my own way.”

Ooh Croix...careful...you mustn't mention "the Scottish play" by name. Its terribly bad luck!

I followed Quirky's instructions too and didn't look anything up...my first thought was that she was Dreaming..(am I right Quirky?)

Can I ask what sign of the zodiac you are Croix? Your mate Bill was a Taurus.
