Hi Morganc,
Welcome to the community here. Could you please explain what CBD stands for? These initials may stand for more than one thing so it will help to know what you are relating to.
Hope you find some answers and solutions.
Kind regards from Doolhof

Dear Morganc~
I do not know if CBD (cannabidiol) may be available from some pharmacies in one form or other as an over the counter Schedule 3 drug and suggest you find out exactly what your doctor means. Does he propose prescribing it, or have a particular other medication in mind.
There is not that much mention of it here on the Forum
You can try Googleing

and

To see other's views.
Please let us know how you get on

It's great that your doctor is considering CBD as a potential option for you. It's always a good idea to clarify exactly what they mean and how it might fit into your treatment plan.

Exploring the availability and regulations, especially with regards to medical cannabis UK, could provide some helpful context too. It's interesting to see the conversation around CBD evolving, and sharing experiences can really shed light on its potential benefits.
