Being aware of your fears and worries and processing them. Fear sets it off and worry perpetuates it.
STOP WORRYING and let it go. Try to think more positively. Have faith that things will work out.
Learn to catch it quicker and rationalize it. Feel free to ask me questions when you need support.

Monica thanksfor your advice and offer of support.
It is helpful advice but for many people it is not that easy to let go fears and worrying, if it was they would have done it. For some people worry and fear can overwhelm then and despite trying hard to let go worry and fear cling to their minds and hang on.
I agree in catching it quicker and rationalising your worries, I assume you are thinking of CBT is helpful but may not work for ever one .

I understand completely. I still find it hard myself to let go of my fears and worry. but my boyfriend keeps telling me to do that.
