Any tips on how to manage the stress that comes with a full-time workload and raising two young children. I am struggling with finding a balance that works and feel like I am always either letting down my workmates or letting down my family.

I can understand how challenging it must be for you to juggle a full-time workload while also raising two young children. It can be overwhelming and stressful to find that balance between your personal and professional responsibilities, especially when both are demanding your time and attention.
Firstly, it's important to recognize that you are not alone in this struggle. Many parents face similar challenges in managing their work and family responsibilities. It's okay to feel overwhelmed or stressed, and it's important to take steps to prioritize your well-being.
One way is to practice self-care. Make time for activities that bring you joy and help you unwind, whether it's reading a book, taking a walk, or listening to music. Prioritizing your own well-being can help you feel more centered and better equipped to handle the challenges of balancing work and family.
Finding the right balance is an ongoing process, and it's okay to make adjustments as you go. Be kind to yourself and remember that you're doing the best you can. With time and practice, you'll find a rhythm that works best for you.
