Hi, welcome
Distraction is your only tool you can use while driving or as a passenger. As a passenger reading a book can help, as a driver a podcast, audio book or music can be beneficial.
Have you tried to identify why you get anxious? Do you think of having an accident at higher speeds than say city driving? If so then thats intrusive thoughts and those thoughts are mostly unrealistic. I say "mostly" because such thoughts can be prevention of accidents like thoughts on a country road of hitting a kangaroo can slow down your speed, so its an inbuilt safety ability. But if you get panic attacks, sweating etc then its a level that you need that distraction and discount your thoughts as being over reactive with little good purpose. Mind control s the better way to go and that usually needs professional care. See your GP.
If you havent got a lot of driving experience then getting some can calm you down. Aslo read this link.

I hope that helps.
