Hi Everyone ...

New kid on the block here.... Suffering from lot of head wooziness Drs say is BP issues but I have it when blood pressure is ok.. sometimes hangs around all day. So I am assuming the worse... I have never slept well but now waking after 4 hours rather anxious and taking a while to get back to sleep. Been taking medication for almost two weeks.... so could be from bad sleep.... who knows.. does anyone else suffer from anything like this?

Hi Lipson and welcome to the forums.I suffer from low blood pressure and can feel woozy even faint when I stand up and is a problem I have since I was a child.I would get the doctor to do more test and tell them it is worrying you.
Take care,
Mark

Cheers mate... yeah my issue is high..... he told me that anxiety can cause the head feelings.... and blood pressure being treated sorta successfully but I keep going down the dark path that I have MS or something sinister although I only have this one symptom. He is a great doctor and I trust him .... am doing a lot of exercise... etc.. Just hate the fact that this thing is causing me anxiety which in turn is causing this thing. Catch 22

Hi Lipson4,

My anxiety has been bad this week and I've been experiencing dizziness similar to what you've described. Also my sleep has not been restful. I feel for you very much.

Hi Mark,

Yes I can relate to the stand-up problem. Doing laundry has been challenging - taking clothes out of the front-loader washing machine and then standing up to put them in the dryer ... up and down, up and down.

Hi Lipson it is common to have a thought process of being unwell and having some bad illness.I wonder if their is a particular reason you think you have MS like is their family history of it?I always think I have cancer as I have lost everyone in my family to it.
The thoughts do keep going around in your head and you need a way of breaking those thoughts and put your trust in your doctor.Would more test help you if it comes back ok?
Take care,
Mark.
