Hey Chaudharym,
Welcome to our forums and thanks for posting here. We're so sorry you're experiencing an anxiey attack. While the forums are a wonderful place to give and receive support, immediate help is not available here. Therefore, we strongly encourage you to contact Beyond Blue Support Service any time at 1300 22 4636 or our friends at Suicide Call Back Service at 1300 659 467 to talk to a counsellor now.
We'll also check in with you privately to check in on you.

Hi Chaudharym,
You can try Suicide Call Back Service's online chat by going to this page: https://www.suicidecallbackservice.org.au/phone-and-online-counselling/ and there is a live chat option there.
You can also try Beyond Blue's chat between 11:00 AM until 12:00 AM (AEDST) here: https://online.beyondblue.org.au/Webmodules/chat/InitialInformation.aspx
Lifeline also has a chat option that's available between 7pm to midnight AEST: https://www.lifeline.org.au/crisis-chat/
We hope you can find the support you need and please remember, you can also always try ringing a counsellor who can help you through what you are feeling, even if you are in a great deal of distress they will still be able to have a chat with you.
Remember, you are not alone.

Hello Dear Chaudharym,
I am really sorry to hear that you’re having an anxiety attack....I have them and know how frightening they can be..
Do you know what triggered it off..or did it just flare up for no reason....
I am here if you feel to talk..I really hope Dear Chaudharym, that it has passed and your feeling better...
You are not alone..so many people on the forums have struggled with anxiety attacks....and I’m sure some will pop in to talk to you...
Please talk here whenever you feel up to it..
My kindest and caring thoughts..
Grandy..
