Welcome to the forum,
I think it would be a good idea to tell your GP very soon about the effects the new medication is having.
Especially taking so many medications while trying to manage blood pressure, not a good thing. I have hypertension type 2 and im 23, its easy for blood pressure to get altered by different medication, this can also affect your anxiety. Keep your doctor informed and hopefully they can find a good balance for you soon.
Keep calm and everything will be easier. Maybe consult a counselor aswell to help with the anxiety.
I hope i helped somehow. But good luck and i hope everything works out for you.
