i think i have anxiety

i'm not really shore what to do, i always feel shaky, nervous and panicky. i just want some advice on what people might think i have. I've taken some online quizzes and they said i have 'high' levels. i just need guidance!

We cant diagnose and the best guidance I can give is your first stop- your GP.

See, there are normal reactions that can be discounted as being of an over anxious nature. Anxiety, some levels of it are quite normal...in fact some people confuse the symptoms of excitement for- anxiety. Even adrenalin for me was mistaken for anxiety for a long time.

I welcome you here and hope you hang around and read some of the thousands of threads on this topic.

A big welcome to you for joining the forum! And what a brave move to speak out about your problems on here, but you will be supported an loved by everyone, so no worries my love 🙂

And I do agree with Tony WK, it would really really help if you can find a GP, some counselling and a psychologist would be a great help too (all can be directed from the GP), at the mean time you can also find some online meditation or mindfulness website that will help you to cope with panic and anxiety, I know one called 'Smiley Mind;, it's an app you can download on your phone, and it has helped me a great deal since I've recently started to use it 🙂

Anyhoo, you will always be listened to, understood, supported and loved here, so whatever your problems are, don't hesitate to spill them out to us, we'll do whatever we can to help 🙂

And take care of yourself, go easy on yourself too, you might not see it not, but you definitely will get better in time 🙂
