Hi, I am new here. I have Asperger's Syndrome and Social Anxiety. I have been avoiding posting on the forums as a result. I like to read and I have written a lot of stories. I don't know what else to write here. Nice to meet you!

Walking my dog does help me feel calm. It's only for half an hour, but it does help. I don't really like walking him on hot days, like on Monday, but he enjoys it. He's an 8 year old Border Collie. I also like to pat him too. He has soft black and white fur . . . but he does shed a lot. I'm slowly getting better at drawing. Having a book with grids in it helps a lot too.

Hi Nick,
Read your story so far in your posts... I am glad Sophie_M made a suggestion about your story. I will try to look or it later myself. I hope you find your time here as good as possible.
How did you day go? what did you get up to?

Also I have a job interview tomorrow afternoon. Do you have any tips? I'm a little nervous.

Feeling nervous is normal.
I won't necessarily give any tips as you might try to remember all, and then think about them all... if you are anything like me.
And now for the tip...
Remember they are chatting with you about the job because they believe you have any the skills required for the job. So also believe in yourself.

Thank you for the tip. Sorry it took so long to respond, I haven't been on the forums lately. The interview went well.
