First of all, hi Rainbaker!
Don't worry, what you are saying makes perfect sense. From what you wrote I gathered this:
- You feel like people's expectations are a bit of a burden
- you might be a little confused (don't worry, so am I)
- You are worried- about something that might not be real, or something that might
there is no need to apologise- you have nothing to be sorry for. You have done a huge thing- mustering the courage to post on these forums is hard. Many people would be to scared to do what you have done. I'm proud of you 😊
Just remember that there will always be lots of people here on the BB forums that are here to help. I'm here if you want to talk, along with everyone else.
So tell us what's going on in your life? Anything that makes you worry/feel bad in particular?
good vibes being sent your way,
chlo 🙂

Hi,
I’m new here too.
Not sure why.
I make no sense either.
Life is so good.
I wish my brain would just shut up.
I wish I was a nice person.
I don’t understand.
I hope you are ok.
Breathe?

Hello kas3232,
welcome also!
You say you don't know why you are here. Do you think you could 'know', if you had a good look inside yourself and at your emotions?
Now what's going on in your life? Anything in particular that is bothering you that you would like to talk about? Do you need to vent?
I wish my brain would shut up too. Intrusive thoughts are very tiring. I don't understand either. sometimes depression and anxiety hits me for no apparent reason.
Breathe. That calms the mind. I'm here for you kas3232. And so are many others on the forums.
Cheers,
chlo

hi there Rinbaker, welcome to BB
no need to worry about making alot of sense we are pretty good at deciphering things here.
when you say the bad things that may not be real- are these thoughts that your having like alot of worry over what might seem like nothing to others? just trying to understand abit better so we can support you a little more.
have you been diagnosed with any mh conditions? and do you have any supports or would you consider seeing your gp to get some further help?
i understand the overhwelmingness of everyones expectations, they can be really hard to live up to but sometimes we adjust and it becomes harder to break free of it. im in a similar situation atm.
would you like to tell us a little bit more about yourself so we can get to know your situation abit more too?
