Just need help processing things, been diagnosed with complex PTSD and am on work cover and been assessed having a 24% impairment.
Had been seeing a psychologist who was helping, but now workcover have become slack as I have been on workcover for two years.
The worst part is what I nicknamed: ‘uncertainty Anxiety’.
You have this so called thing they label anxiety, but you don’t know why or what your anxious of or what your cause of anxiety is.
Everything is a wave of craziness mixed with nightmares, lack of sleep etc etc etc.

Hello,
Such a good idea to reach out here to this forum when feeling so overwhelmed. Has WorkCover completed the Psychologist appointments? If you don't have access to these anymore, Beyond Blue have a lot of resources and I am sure they would help you to understand the diagnosis.
I understand the not knowing what anxiety is. The amount of times people ask me 'well what are you worried about' when anxiety for me is the unknown. I get a sick feeling and don't always know why.
Relaxation in the interim might be good for you. Have you tried some relaxation or meditation?
