Hello Lone..

A warm welcome to the forums...

Im sorry your struggling to get a routine going after being a period of or being disrupted...

Its so very important for both our physical and mental health to start to get back into routine...

On the search button..top of this page their is a thread topic...“Depression and our daily routine...let’s get it back”..Their are some great ideas in that thread to read up on and if you feel up to it..start on up again..

Kind and caring thoughts.

Hello,

Tips for getting a daily routine, write a list the night before you go to sleep of what you want to complete the next day as you do those things cross them off the list....

Tips for managing anxiety ... exercise, go out of the house, be with people, talking, meditation, mindfulness..... if you haven’t seeked professional help I would suggest going to your gp and letting them know how you are feeling.... anxiety is treatable 😊
