For me, I can't Find the Meaning In Life, When you're a Introverted Beta Geek Celibate Male at 26!
Without having Interest or Entry Work History and wanting more than a Casual Future
Only having,11 Month's In something you didn't want before the Fortnight was Finished with
Not wanting University, and the Standardnised Bachelor Degree
Or TAFE, Unless I did a Cert IV Nutrition or not that, with only If It was a Proximity TAFE Campus with 120 Work Placement and Concession Cost's
Also being Soft, and Gentle, and Kinder and not A Fighter, Just a Lover, Like Michael Jackson without Touching more than my Problem's - Hehe?
Being Shy, because your Dad was a Personality, Generation and Nationality that you couldn't tolerate
And being beneath Alpha or Social Strength Men
Not being able to Follow Creativity, because you don't want Fame and Paganism and tolerating Society, before or After Yes or No, and more other Reason's beyond that, and why did I mention a Creative Rare Dream, because their Real for someone, I would never Say It Isn't possible for other's, I am Listing this aspect because Creativity Is a Pathway that Ia A Future for some people, For me It's what I Generally Like and Love, but If your not wanting Success, Beyond Talent and Money not Fame, Than I don't know what other Direction Is for me, I wouldn't want a Creative Degree, It's Just $40k or Less Salary for 3 - 4 Year Bachelor to match a Casual Median Entry Wage, Plus Paying back, $30k or $50k, - After $46k Earning's
I don't want Trade's and Physical Labour Construction Job's
I don't even want Free Lance because you get Stagnant and your Working from Home, making Less than $45k, and your Isolated from Society and lose Social Skill's

Hello BabySteps,
I have read your words a few times,,,It’s not your writing it’s me I can be confused easily and find things hard to understand sometimes, but wanted to post here and say hello...and my thoughts on the meaning of life...
Your thoughts are very deep....and has so much anxiety about your future...money and careers....and that’s a good thing in a way...but can also be destructive to your mental health...
You could have a top earning career earning $100,00.per year..and be very miserable and depressed...or you can be earning the basic wage and be the happiest person ever...It all depends if you like your chosen career or not....
Imagine going to a job that you hate everyday, just because the wages are good...that not only makes you miserable at work but also at home...Then on the other hand..going to a job you love, wages are basic, but you love your work..then you will also love your life...Work takes up so much of our lives...
To me the meaning of life is to be kind and caring to everything that has a life, making a difference to someone’s life is so rewarding....Taking time each day, to just sit and relax outside for some you time...We were not “made” to spend our lives working and shutting ourselves inside....
We need to be happy at work, and at home...then we also become a happier person...money is nice to have...but it doesn’t always bring happiness to one’s life...doing/working at a job you like/Love does help us in our quest for happiness....
If I’ve not understood you post..please forgive me..
My kindest thoughts dear BabySteps with my care..
Grandy

Hi BabySteps,
I'm really sorry to hear that you're feeling this way about your life. It certainly feels like (since you mentioned you're a geek, I hope you'll get this reference), starting a new game in a massive open world with no clear directions on what to do. You feel lost in this massive world, and start to question "What even is the point of me being here?!"
It reminded me when I first started Minecraft during the beta phase of the game, I didn't know what I was doing, and thought this game sucked; punching trees, digging sand, getting killed by zombies, it was an awful start of an experience. But I soon discovered, the trees that I punched could be turned into a crafting table. I could build a sand wall as a makeshift fortress to defend myself against zombies that is out to kill me. One thing led to another, and I found myself sinking countless hours into the game with lots of enjoyment out of it. To me, life is like Minecraft. You discover new things, enjoy doing them, and keep discovering new things. Certain things can hurt you (like zombies or creepers), but they help you become a better person by teaching you lessons.
But you must be wondering "But dude, what is the purpose of life if life is an endless game of discovery?" That's the thing, the purpose is up to you to decide how you want to play the game. There can certainly be weaknesses that makes you struggle through the game, like someone playing Minecraft on a really old computer. But that won't stop you from enjoying the game. You could help new comers into the game by teaching them the ways and helping them out, or you could aim to host your own Minecraft server. As you discover your purpose, it will lead to new purposes and goals that you can pursue, and it keeps on going on.
Speaking of creativity, it doesn't necessarily have to be related to success / fame and money. Take broxh as an example, a New Zealand streamer who streams wood crafting so others could learn from him. He's just doing what he loves to do, creativity in the form of wood crafting. Others can think whatever they want of you, but everyone is entitled to their own opinions, and it doesn't affect who you are. Because you're just doing what you love to do, creativity. You're being you
I hope you'll be able to find some happiness and love within yourself, and do the things that you want to do. Wishing you all the best my friend, and will always be here to listen to you
Jt
P.S Your Michael Jackson joke is hillarious! 10/10.

Hello
Sometimes it is hard to see the forest through the trees, especially when we are trying to workout what we can do for the rest of our lives, it all seems very daunting at times. The beauty of it is we don't need to have it all worked out at once. I have found throughout my life when I have tried to plan or overthink everything has had away of working out and I was set on my path.
Sometimes just pausing and stop focusing on the impossible will bring forth the possible. To do this I use different techniques such as meditation, yoga and distractions such as writing.
I truly believe in "what you think about, you bring about" if we focus on lack of job, money, car etc.. all our energy and thoughts is pushed towards lack of and therefore can't see what is or could be. By thinking about what you have in the moment will bring in more of the same. This is where daily gratitude can help an I have found a great app called 'Gratitude: Journal App' it has affirmations, education about gratitude and how to incorporate in your life.
I hope this has been helpful, I know it has helped me and thought it was worth a share
Thanks xx

Hi BabySteps
It always raises my spirits when I hear there's another sensitive guy in this world. It also kinda breaks my heart when I hear how he's struggling to find the best in himself and the world he's in. By the way, as a mum, I'm raising a sensitive couple of kids - one being a 15yo male who's being challenged to make sense of a somewhat insane insensitive world.
As I say to my son 'DO NOT listen to anyone who tells you to 'toughen up', they don't know what the heck they're talking about'. If you toughen up (become insensitive) you lose your ability to sense what's potentially depressing - the depressing behaviours of others, depressing jobs, depressing advice and so on. You actually want to be sensing that kind of stuff, in the way of giving you a positive sense of direction, steering away from it. May sound a little silly but your sensitivity or sense-ability is your compass in a way. Lose it and you're kinda stuffed.
I've found one of the most challenging things in life involves getting a sense of who you naturally are. Sometimes you can be conditioned away from who you naturally are. Sounds like you're naturally creative, you're a natural questioner of people and life (a philosopher), you're possibly a natural non conformist and you sound like a natural 'feeler' amongst other things. With that last one, do you find you can get a feel for when someone's degrading you or bringing you down? Can you feel when someone is inspiring/feel inspiration? Can you feel a natural connection to people (who are possibly also naturals like you)? Can you feel the need to question, so deeply to the point where it's almost uncomfortable if you don't question? Do you even find yourself wondering why people don't question some seriously questionable stuff? Do you ever find yourself saying 'Why is no one seriously questioning this?!'
Can recall when my 18yo daughter was at secondary school and every poor kid was being asked to choose the direction of their future, career wise. I mentioned to her something I'd once read, 'Don't ask 'What do I want to do?', instead ask 'Who do I want to be?'' We established she's a natural born leader, always has been. Her choice of leadership - she wants to lead kids to inspiration. She's studying to be a teacher (of the inspirational variety).
Do you naturally long to be a leader (teacher, non destructive politician etc), a hero (fire fighter, freedom fighter etc), an investigator (detective, journalist etc)? Who are you naturally?
🙂

Thanks so much for your very thoughtful post they has inspired
many other thoughtful posts .
Yours words have raised many more questions and made me think.
I agree with the riding hold onto your sensitivity. I have a son who is very sensitive who found it hard at first to find a path in life.
If you feel like posting again we are listening.

I also find I am a weak person, socially, emotionally and mentally, and physically Immensely un able and vulnerable against masculinity, I also find that the meaning behind life Is not Just rarity relationship's, and good financials Income of money, But It's also MOSTLY the REALITY of GOD, which being In accordance to the biblical nature and following His will put's human's at the genuine value of humanity and reality, more than recreational occupational abundance and extra money
I have always been against Gossip
I have always been always Genuine and Honest
I have always been Male Mistfit with Sensitivity and Feminity, yet absolute Heterosexuality
I have always been a Abstract thinker and believer with Spirituality, and a Belief In the Bible since 8 Year's Old, and a Believer In the Higher Entity's since 6 and 7
I have always been Conservative with Modesty and Loyalty concept's, and a sense for Growing Up to look against the Modern Trend's from 2012 + towards back to the 2000's or the Baby Boomer Generation
I mentally can't tolerate masculinity anywhere In Australia or the U.S.A, trying to say I'm a Democrat or a Left Person or that I like the LGBQT, because I don't want to get clashy with Politics, and because Leftist people think the General Right Persona Is a Far Right Toxicity when It Isn't
I don't feel attracted to much beyond Meaningful Conversation, and Creativity Interest with Music and Comedy, and I have always enjoyed Christianity and the concept of Theology and have been drawn to America for numerous reason's beyond any saddening overseas Issues with them
I am un able to tolerate, gas lighter's, Intelligent superior's, arrogant men, toxicity male's, I don't know what to say on the spot, and how to retain anxiety or Inferiority or socially oppressed over powered Immobilizing personality's, I don't like the feeling of always agreeing and trading my Individuality

You are one deep and contemplative thinker! (I mean that in a positive way)
I too had a Christian upbringing and was brought up believing that society would value being a person of integrity and honor. However as I went to uni and started working I realized more and more that in this capitalist society people are very selfish and cunning and really only look out for themselves in many instances. It makes me sad that our communities have derogated to this state. Social Media obsessed world all about trying to sell something. Have you heard of empaths .... I would describe myself as one and you sound like one yourself. Those who feel deeply and can discern the fakeness of the world. In times past we might have been the seers of the tribe... alas in this capitalist world media does promote its alphas - I ignore most of social media I find it helps.
It sounds like you could contribute to the public service or help in the world of social work somehow. Sometimes we think to much and do not act. We need to sometimes make a decision and have focus on achieving that goal. Take a dive into something and see if it holds ... if not move onto something else. But do give it time for each thing.
