Anyone else suffer from autoimmune diseases and severe anxiety?

Hi, I have fairly severe anxiety and have also been diagnosed with chronic autoimmune urticaria. Do you think they may be related?

I have no idea, I have  Giant Cell Arteritis, and I am not getting a lot of medical treatment where I live
