I wondered if it was associated with the flu or am i panicking its more and having panic attacks agains....just when i thought i got a handle on this i get sick 😞 makes me miserable i hat this feeling and thinking its something worse.

Hi Atmraanedgaer
I understand your situation with your first anxiety attack....Thats an awful place to be in as I used to have these attacks as well. Just from my own experience an anxiety attack can feel like we have problems in our chest for sure
If your results from hospital were okay the sensations in the chest can be a result of an anxiety attack
You mentioned that you now have the flu....Sometimes when we have a lot of ongoing stress in our lives our immune system can be lowered to the point where we get the flu....a bad cold...or just feeling terrible
Can I ask if you have ongoing stress (work or personal life) recently?
Anxiety issues can make us vulnerable to infection...the flu etc. The anxiety does use a lot of our energy thus reducing our immune systems ability to cope
you are not alone
my kind thoughts
