Hey Zody,
Like lovely Demonblaster above, i just want you to know you're not alone.
I don't have all your exact symptoms but i certainly find it difficult to be in the world a lot of the time and leaving the house can certainly be a bit tricky for me 😞.
I don't have kids either, so i have it easier than you ... but you're certainly not alone, there are lots of people here who would be able to relate.
It's great you've reached out here.
You can talk more here, we'll always be happy to talk some more with you.

Hi Zody and welcome,
I understand and I've been there. I am a single parent, suffer anxiety on and off. I know how hard it is to looks after children and try to do the best for them when it is so hard to even move, let alone get out of the house. Well done on getting out of that relationship too.
a few questions;
have you seen your gp? You don't have to keep feeling this way, there are ways to start feeling better, ie exercise, meditation but your gp is a good place to start.
how old are your children? Do you have any help/support from family or friends?
this is a judgement free area, please post as much as you need.
take care
cmf
