Hi,
ill keep it short I just want to ask if anyone gets really dizzy, almost vertigo type feeling when their anxiety is really bad or they have anxiety attacks?
i feel dizzy all the time lately and my anxiety is out of control right now, I can't even go to the shop without having an anxiety attack.
i suffer from vertigo and have for most of my life and I'm not sure what's what anymore and it's driving me up the wall. I guess I'm looking for answers I don't know.

Hi Tiger04,
Just saw your post and thought I'd reply. Don't know if this is helpful but I was experiencing dizziness due to work-related anxiety. It was happening every time I had a shift. It was getting to the point where I couldn't finish a shift because it was so bad and I was really stressing about it. I went to the GP, and he said there was nothing to worry about, it was just because of my anxiety about work. I sorted out my work problems and it went away within a few weeks. Maybe consider seeing your GP about this dizziness/vertigo?
Hope you find this helpful 🙂

Hi,
i seen your reply to my other post as well, thank you 🙂
ive seen many doctors over the years about vertigo. I was in a car accident as a teenager and I've suffered vertigo on and off since. Nothing can be done. but I'm at a point at the moment where I don't know if the dizziness is from anxiety. I didn't get this when I was diagnosed 3 years ago, I actually thought I had the flu or something.
im just really hoping seeing a psychologist will help.
