Hi Princesscinderella,

I am a anxiety and panic attack sufferer. How are you managing with it all?

Hey, I am aswell and have been having panic attacks for 7 months, although normal anxiety for as long as I can remember. I have horrible days where it's like I can't cope but things are getting a little easier to deal with... I would say a lot but easier. How are you dealing with it? 🙂

Having had numerous panic attacks in the past (not a full blown one for ages now, at least in public)...and severe anxiety which seems to lie dormant for a while....with intermittent "melt-downs" and venting to the patient folks on this Forum.....(I strongly feel the urge to "run to someone I feel safe with"...which means I tend to ring people .even if I don't tell them I'm in the middle of an attack..I need to hear a safe voice).

I have a dressing gown hanging on the door knob and sometimes have to bury my face in it, breathing in and out (like the old brown paper bag thing?)  No one knows this...but now you do Princess Cinderella.

It's scary, it's horrid....and it always passes........talk to us whenever you need..you're safe here.....
