Anxiety & depression

Hey my name is leah, I am a new member here and not too sure how it works... but I have been suffering with anxiety for a little while now but recently it has gotten worse as well as my depression and I am struggling to find ways to help me calm down. I do suffer with panic attacks and nausea here and there, I also overthink a lot which makes it very difficult day to day and was just seeking some guidance to help me get though it.

you are strong for having the strength to reach out about what you have been going through. I understand your feelings as I used to have anxiety for a long time especially in traffic and also used to overthink as well

Can I ask how often you have panic attacks?....just so we can provide you with more effective support

There are many gentle people on the forums that suffer the same Leah and we are happy to help

I suffer from anxiety and depression as well, and I've only just started to seek help. It really is a good idea to talk to someone, or even get me professional help like talk to a psychologist or something. My first session is on Monday and I think it will offer me some relief that people do go through this stuff! And girl, I overthink to the MAX! It's really really bad. You just have to try and push it aside.
