Hi am rather new to forums. But it suggested to me to read other people's stories instead of googling my anxious symptoms. And here I am.
I have had Anxiety for a while now. And was managing it well with the usual ways.
But lately it's come back and in a massive wave.
Everyday I wake up thinking I am going to die.
I so over feeling this way.
I am going back to my doctor next week.

Hey Ranz73,
Sorry to hear about your experience with anxiety, but well done on writing this post and taking the right steps to working on your anxiety.
This sounds similar to my experience with anxiety. My anxiety has always been present, but never affected my daily life until recently. Now, I wake up anxious and am scared to go about my daily activities in fears that something is wrong with my health and that something bad is going to happen. For me, this happened because of a scary experience where I almost passed out whilst driving.
Is there something like this that happened that has now made you feel this way? It sounds like you are taking the right steps going to visit your doctor. If you haven't already, you could get some tests done to rule out any health issues which may give you peace of mind. I would also suggest getting a referral to see a psychologist to talk about what you are experiencing.
Anxiety is awful, but luckily there are many methods and techniques that you can try to manage the anxiety. It may take a while to figure out what works for you as everyone is different, but you will get there! Best of luck.
