This pandemic has caused so much anxiety to people all over the globe. What are the things you do to fight anxiety and keep your mind off the negative impact of COVID-19?

Hello Sweesoft,
This is a great question. I try to focus on the positive outcomes of this situation. For me, lockdowns and working from home are an opportunity to spend more time with family and spend more time on my hobbies. I also have the freedom to do mindfulness exercises whenever I feel anxious and stop it from getting worse.
Apart from that, I've largely stopped reading the news because I found that the constant COVID news was making me anxious.
