Anxiety all day and not eating

Hi everyone Iโ€™m at the end of my rope. I have suffered anxiety and health anxiety for over 20 years but the last 6 months has been terrible Iโ€™ve lost 8kg in 6 weeks and donโ€™t want to eat Iโ€™m just at a loss I donโ€™t have panic attacks I just feel rotten all day like vague and yuck itโ€™s so hard to explain I just want to be well

Meditation is great ๐Ÿ˜Š I did one with my therapy for learning to watch my thoughtsโ€ฆ..

meditation has taught me that Iโ€™m not my thoughts but the watcher of my thoughts, I can now sit back and observe my thoughts and not get caught up in themโ€ฆ.

you could find many meditations on u tube or an appโ€ฆ. Have a google on your phone and see if you can find one that suits youโ€ฆ..

it takes practice and perseverance so stick to itโ€ฆโ€ฆ I do mine before going to sleepโ€ฆ. I do guided onesโ€ฆ.

I believe meditation got me over lineโ€ฆ.

I also did meta cognitive therapy it was great especially for OCDโ€ฆ. But I think it would help anyone with anxietyโ€ฆโ€ฆ.

Thank you itโ€™s such a minefield trying to rid myself of this horrible feeling

I know itโ€™s difficult and itโ€™s a journeyโ€ฆ.

but from my mental health journey I had so much personal growth from itโ€ฆ. At the time I didnโ€™t see this but now that I can reflect on it I can see how far I have comeโ€ฆ.

and you WILL grow too ๐Ÿ˜Š just hang in there and keep perseveringโ€ฆโ€ฆ you will learn to overcome what you are going through ๐Ÿ˜Š trust me there is a light at the end of the tunnelโ€ฆ..

while going through my journey I practiced gratefulnessโ€ฆ. I still do this every dayโ€ฆ..

I read a lot of positive affirmations ( it really helps to renew the mind)

hugging someone close to me helpedโ€ฆ

mindfullness ( helped get me out of my own head)

You will get through this try some of the above and meditationโ€ฆโ€ฆ. It all takes practice and perseverance so stick with itโ€ฆโ€ฆ.
