Meditation is great ๐ I did one with my therapy for learning to watch my thoughtsโฆ..
meditation has taught me that Iโm not my thoughts but the watcher of my thoughts, I can now sit back and observe my thoughts and not get caught up in themโฆ.
you could find many meditations on u tube or an appโฆ. Have a google on your phone and see if you can find one that suits youโฆ..
it takes practice and perseverance so stick to itโฆโฆ I do mine before going to sleepโฆ. I do guided onesโฆ.
I believe meditation got me over lineโฆ.
I also did meta cognitive therapy it was great especially for OCDโฆ. But I think it would help anyone with anxietyโฆโฆ.

learning to stay in the present moment

I know itโs difficult and itโs a journeyโฆ.
but from my mental health journey I had so much personal growth from itโฆ. At the time I didnโt see this but now that I can reflect on it I can see how far I have comeโฆ.
and you WILL grow too ๐ just hang in there and keep perseveringโฆโฆ you will learn to overcome what you are going through ๐ trust me there is a light at the end of the tunnelโฆ..
while going through my journey I practiced gratefulnessโฆ. I still do this every dayโฆ..
I read a lot of positive affirmations ( it really helps to renew the mind)
hugging someone close to me helpedโฆ
mindfullness ( helped get me out of my own head)
You will get through this try some of the above and meditationโฆโฆ. It all takes practice and perseverance so stick with itโฆโฆ.
